Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $100 being shipped to the United States. All orders are shipped within 24-72 business hours after the purchase and payment is received. Domestic shipping speed for US orders:

SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS
Due to the high risk of credit card fraud associated with online purchases for high-end luxury designer goods, all orders must be shipped to the billing address provided at checkout. We do however understand the need for customers to ship to a different address from time to time. If you need your our shipped to a different address, other than the billing address on file with your bank, we encourage you to contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss your unique situation.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return my vintage eyewear purchase if I don't like it?
Yes, eyewear purchases can be returned within 7 days of delivery receipt for an exchange or an in-store credit. All goods must be returned safely to us, in the exact condition you received them in, including all packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Before returning any items, please contact our team at email@example.com to receive an RA number. The Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly written on the outside of the package and the shipping documents should be marked as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty"
What happens if I receive damaged frames?
We take great care in safely packaging items to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to your purchase, please contact our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
Will I get a full refund?
NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the eyewear return, in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus all shipping costs incurred. All duties or fees incurred on returned goods will be deducted from the in-store credit issued. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the confirmed delivery date.
SALE ITEMS - No returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales final.
If I need to return eyewear, how do I do so?
Place the frame back into its original packaging, safely seal the box, and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Take caution when filling out any customs shipping declaration documents to avoid an unnecessary import duty when we receive them. Declare the goods as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" on the shipping paperwork. Any costs that we incur for returned goods will be deducted from the in-store credit issued. If you ship goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.), instead of your countries post office, there may be a clearance charge which will be subtracted from the credit.
